Q: How long should it take to process my order?
A:It takes approximately 2 – 3 business days from transaction to process and ship your order. You will be notified via phone and /or email for any delay on your order.

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express. To place an order for payment by Money Order, please contact our customer service at our toll free number 1-877-753-5225. Your order will be processed upon receipt of payment
Q: Are there customs duties?
A: No, for shipments to the U.S. …Yes, for
International (see Delivery Method for International Orders).
Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: To check the status of your order, please
go to www.ups.com. It takes approximately 2 – 3 business days from transaction to process and ship your order. If you have not received a tracking number via email within that time, please call our toll free number 1-877-753-5225
or email
customerservice@hockeysocksonline.com for the status of your
order.
Q: What if I want this sent as a Gift?
A: We will include a Gift Card.

Q: What are shipping costs for International?
A: We can quote costs when we have the quantity,
weight and dimensions of the package.
Q: I’m a first time International customer. How do I proceed?
A: Please submit your request by emailing
customerservice@hockeysocksonline.com for all your particulars. We will need all your coordinates and will need you to make wire transfer for payment:

Return Policy
Q: How do I return?
A: We will NOT accept any returns without an
AUTHORIZED RETURN NUMBER – please call our toll free number 1-877-753-5225 for return authorization. Packages without an authorized return number
will be refused.
Returns are at the expense of the shipper.
A 20% restocking
will apply for any refunds to the CREDIT CARD.
